Clarity Begins Here

At Pavilion Psychological Services, every evaluation is a doorway, not just to answers, but to understanding.

The Pavilion Testing Experience

Psychological testing is never one size fits all. My process is refined, thorough, and designed to bring clarity and insight, not just a label. Diagnoses can blur together, and personality traits are often mistaken for clinical concerns. My evaluations move beyond surface impressions to uncover the full picture, including strengths, learning patterns, and the most effective strategies for lasting success.

What to Expect

  • Intake session

I begin with a one-hour intake with parents or older teens. Young children are not present for this stage as they will have their own opportunity to be interviewed during testing. This is your time to be heard. We will discuss the purpose of the evaluation, review informed consent, gather history, and clarify the goals for testing. Once the intake is complete, I create a tailored testing plan and schedule your in person sessions.

  • Comprehensive testing

I personally conduct every step of the testing process from start to finish which includes administration, scoring, and interpretation. This ensures consistency, accuracy, and an individualized approach. In person sessions typically range from three to six hours, customized to your needs and often divided into shorter blocks for comfort and accuracy. Every measure I select is intentional and targeted to address the specific concerns identified during the intake.

  • Feedback session

After testing, I meet for one hour with parents or older teens to review the results in depth and outline clear, actionable next steps. I provide two separate reports, one for home and one for school, because the needs, language, and focus differ in each setting. I also create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both current needs and potential future concerns, offering targeted recommendations for ongoing support.

  • Personalized child letter

Every child I test receives a personalized letter written just for them. This letter acts as a bridge between the full report and silence, offering a warm, encouraging, and easy to understand summary. Parents review it first, then use it to start a positive conversation about strengths and areas for growth. My goal is for every child to leave with a clearer and more confident understanding of themselves.
