Each therapy engagement begins with a dedicated one-hour intake session designed to clarify your goals, review treatment options, and complete informed consent. Together, we explore your personal history, your previous experiences in therapy, and your hopes for the work ahead. This is an intentional space to determine whether the therapeutic fit feels right for both of us.

For those who choose to continue, sessions are scheduled once weekly and may be held in person, virtually, or through a carefully planned hybrid approach. I work with clients ages 10 and older, offering a pace and structure that evolve as your symptoms improve and your resilience strengthens.

My therapeutic approach is warm, conversational, and grounded in object relations, integrating depth-oriented insight with a personalized, collaborative process. I meet clients where they are, providing compassionate support, clear guidance, and in-depth interpretations that illuminate the path toward improved well-being and lasting growth.
